With nearly 20 years of experience working closely with leaders across all levels, I support individuals and organisations in building success that’s sustainable, not just profitable or high-performing.
But my most powerful work began when I faced burnout, anxiety, and deep career dissatisfaction. It was through that personal reckoning that I had to awaken the leader within myself.
Today, I blend professional expertise rooted in HR, executive coaching, and an Honours degree in Psychology, with lived experience to support individuals and teams in leading themselves and others with calm, clarity, and confidence.

5. Do you offer coaching within organisations?
Yes. I offer individual coaching for leaders and employees, as well as team coaching experiences and wellness-focused workshops. Each programme is customised to align with your organisational needs and people strategy.
4. Do I need to have a formal leadership title to work with you?
Not at all. I believe we’re all leaders of our lives, our choices, and our impact. Whether you’re a CEO, a team lead, or someone navigating life and career with intention, our work together will help you lead from within.
3. Is coaching the same as therapy?
While coaching and therapy can feel similar, they serve different purposes. Coaching is future-focused and growth-oriented, helping you develop insight, shift behaviour, and reach your goals. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but I always honour the emotional and human aspects of your journey.

Each session is a confidential, supportive space to reflect, reset, and take intentional action. We'll explore your goals, challenges, and patterns, and you'll leave with greater clarity, confidence, and practical next steps. Sessions are psychology-informed and rooted in your wellness.
